We cannot stress the importance of an advertising review.  False, deceptive or misleading advertising has been a growing source of complaints by government agencies against various facilities. Physicians and spas have been engaging in advertising campaigns that are clearly problematic and easily remedied. The trouble is that most advertising agencies or facility personnel do not have the knowledge or experience to know where the pitfalls lie.

Our recent study indicates that over 85% of advertising for medical or spa services contains problematic language, graphics or content!  Some violations are more serious than others.

We have noticed an increase in false, misleading or deceptive advertising from medical franchises. In one instance a major pharmaceutical company filed a lawsuit to terminate the allegedly false, misleading or deceptive advertising.

Most medical and spa advertising seems relatively clear and straightforward. However, it does not take much to mislead or deceive the public and that is the job of state regulators: to protect the public from such claims.

Our price for this service is $695.00 for print advertising. We recommend additional review of your internet site. This additional charge is based upon the size of the website and the products or services offered and whether there is a shopping cart!
